Ash IT Consulting (“we”) operates CRM Voice at https://crmvoice.ai/ash-ai. This policy explains what we collect when you use the workspace dashboard or the Follow Up Boss embedded panel.

What we collect

• Workspace email, slug, and hashed password.
• Encrypted provider credentials you paste (Follow Up Boss, ElevenLabs, Twilio).
• Lead context needed to place a call (name, phone, stage, notes) from Follow Up Boss after signature verification.
• Call metadata, summaries, and write-back status.
• Audit events such as connection tests and password changes.

How we use it

We use this data only to run AI calls you start, write results back to Follow Up Boss, protect the account, and support you. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Calls and voice are processed by ElevenLabs and (when configured) Twilio. CRM data is requested from Follow Up Boss. Email codes, when configured, are sent via Resend. Hosting is on our current application server. We will add Stripe and a dedicated database when billing and hosted storage go live.

Retention

Call summaries and audit logs are kept while the workspace is active. You can ask us to delete a workspace and its stored credentials. In-flight calls may finish write-back before deletion completes.
